The New Aga ERA

Halcyon Wigmore Street is very proud to be the first kitchen showroom in the UK to display Aga’s new ERA cooker. ⁠

The revolutionary new design from the well-loved heritage brand uses sleek black glass to create a modern cooker that is ideal for a modern kitchen. ⁠

⁠It’s not just the aesthetic that we love, it’s packed full of intelligent design. On top there is an induction hob beside a cast-iron hot plate.

Alongside a fan oven, the ERA has two cast-iron ovens that cook using radiant heat, made possible due to cast iron’s thermal properties. A method of cooking that is gentle to food, resulting in the most succulent, nutritious dishes. ⁠
